These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the 3333bet platform. These Terms, together with other policies published on the platform, form a legally binding agreement — between 3333bet on one side and each registered user on the other.

All information provided during registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. 3333bet may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify identity. 3333bet reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Verification

Before processing a withdrawal request, 3333bet may ask you to complete account verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete. This is not a punitive measure — it is a necessary step to protect every member's funds.

It is your responsibility to keep your 3333bet account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. All activity conducted from your account will be considered your responsibility.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 3333bet support team immediately. Change your password without delay. 3333bet will not be liable for any loss resulting from a delay in reporting.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

3333bet supports four mobile financial services for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, it is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Payment Security

Withdrawal funds will be sent only to the payment method used at the time of deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not possible. The deposit and withdrawal accounts must belong to the same owner.

4.4 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Before withdrawing funds received as a bonus, specific wagering requirements must be met. The wagering requirement differs for each bonus — details are discussed in Section 5.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not free money — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Bonus Conditions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies to each bonus claim (where specified in the individual bonus terms).
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Using bonuses to place opposing or risk-free betting strategies is prohibited.
• 3333bet reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Cashback ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% applies across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

3333bet ensures sufficient balance before accepting each bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or event cancellation applies. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the stake is returned.

6.2 Technical Errors

Results or payouts incorrectly displayed due to a technical error in the game or betting process are not valid. In such cases, 3333bet reserves the right to determine the correct amount and make the necessary corrections.

6.3 Multi-Bets and Combination Bets

Placing multi-bets on mutually dependent outcomes of the same event is not acceptable. 3333bet reserves the right to cancel such bets.

6.4 Maximum Payout

A maximum payout limit is set for single bets and multi-bets. The limit for a specific game or event is displayed on that section's page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3333bet:

• Any strategy used to circumvent bonus terms.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Fraudulent payment methods or chargeback requests.
• Attempting to interfere with other users' accounts.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Knowingly exploiting known errors or incorrect odds.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

If such activity is detected, 3333bet will immediately close the account, forfeit all deposits and winnings, and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8.1 3333bet's Rights

3333bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without stating a reason — particularly in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or verification-related matters.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. Requests for self-exclusion on responsible gambling grounds are also accepted.

8.3 Account Recovery

To reactivate a suspended account, you must contact the 3333bet support team and provide the required information. All requests will be reviewed before a decision is made.
